The staff here is super friendly, they even drop me off at work after I bring my car in. I think they'll do a loaner car too if needed. I was impressed this last time at how quick the turnaround was, needed a new radiator fan because my wife's car was overheating and they got it done even faster than they estimated. Will be back!

I called and spoke to Ellie the specialist technician, she made it possible to have my car in for a diagnostic as it had a lot of issues, the next day I had results and pretty inexpensive considering I hadn’t needed any major repairs in 10 years. I was able to pick up my car before the time frame I was given. Of course I’ve only had my car back for a day but so far it runs great and I didn’t need to go buy another car. Ellie and Sarah were very helpful and Ellie reminded me about my 3 year warranty for the items fixed. I’m so grateful for Jukes.

Charles and the team at Juke was wonderful ! They fixed all of my car’s problems in a very timely manner! They were great about letting me know the problems including pictures . The communication was fantastic and a very reasonable cost for the work done ! Highly recommend.

Really disappointed and frustrated with my last visit. Took my car in for an oil change appointment at 9AM yesterday and didn't receive any updates until 4PM and they close at 5:30. I filled out my service choices by 4:05 and heard nothing for the rest of the day. At that point I expected that my car wasn't touched. I called Juke at 5:27, 3 minutes before close and asked if my car was ready to which Ele Garrison told me she kept meaning to call and never got to it, they said I could pick up my car as is and they'd leave my keys in a drop box... with no work done or they could hold it overnight and Ele would have a technician start on it in the morning. Soooo they were going to keep my car and not say anything, glad i called myself?? So now it's the next day, and I got absolutely nothing from Juke about my car, so I had to call at 11AM and ask for a status update myself. I was told that Ele Garrison would go check with the technician and give me a call back, so I asked for a confirmation that there was no update on my car and that's what I was told... I received no call but a text and it was an hour later. At Noon I was told my car was finally going on the lift and by 1:00 it was
